Fhort Textile Tech

Every garment design that enters FTT comes out production-ready.

No magic — engineering, assisted by AI. Scroll to see how each stage transforms the next.

FTT
01 / 08

01 · Design reference Every garment starts with an idea. A concept, a sketch or a design reference becomes the common source of truth.
02 · Base sizes & POM Measurements anchor the design. The garment is translated into precise, reusable points of measure.
03 · Grading One base size. Every size connected. The grading table propagates the approved proportions across the size range.
04 · Tech pack Everything production needs, aligned. Flats, BOM, POM and construction notes live together in one technical layer.
05 · Fitting The prototype answers back. Corrections are captured on the physical garment and returned to the model.
06 · Parametric pattern Change a number. Move the pattern. A POM update recalculates the affected vector pattern pieces in real time.
07 · Model audit Every layer checked for consistency. Measurements, grading, fitting and pattern are validated before release.
08 · Production-ready The design leaves FTT ready to make. From brief to finished garment — on time, on spec.

The platform

FTT is the technical platform where you define the POMs, apply the grading rules, import and view the patterns, and generate the tech pack with every specification needed for production.

One model

One platform, one model. No more disconnected technical documents.

Change propagates

Change one measurement in the base size and the whole grading changes; the tables are regenerated as a new version in the tech pack. Everything reviewable, everything versioned.

Planning

The system logs working time, adjusts the plan, keeps every change and shows the handover date. Prioritise models knowing when they will be ready. Schedule fitting sessions and review the impact of every change on the production handover.

From the design table to production, this is our world.

Engineering model of an Oxford shirt: pattern pieces with cut and stitch lines, parametric grading with POM rules applied across sizes XS to XXL, points of measure A–G placed on the garment, and a measurements table across sizes XS to L in centimetres — chest width 51–57, front length 72–78, sleeve length 61.5–66, shoulder width 44–48.5, armhole depth 23.5–25, bicep width 19.5–21, cuff width 11.5–13 — feeding a tech pack generated automatically from the same model.

Pricing

Planning doesn’t consume. Working does.

A platform fee per company — not per seat — plus a single charge per model started. FTT doesn’t penalize collaboration by charging for chairs.

Not a PLM

The layer PLMs don’t see.

Traditional PLM manages the product record. FTT engineers the product: measurements, grading, fittings, patterns — the technical development layer where garments are actually made right. They can coexist; they don’t compete.

Free

Free is not a watered-down demo.

No 14-day trial. No read-only mode. No locked features. A real, permanent tenant with the full technical depth of FTT — limited in scale, never in capability.

FAQ

Questions we actually get.

Does FTT replace my CAD (Lectra, Gerber, Tuka)?

No. Your CAD draws; FTT parametrizes and governs the technical data around it. We import and export your DXF, adding our own layer without touching yours.

Is FTT a PLM?

FTT covers the technical development layer PLMs don’t reach. If you run a PLM, FTT sits upstream of it.

How long does onboarding take?

The standard FTT catalog works from day one. Adapting FTT to your own vocabulary, size systems and grading (Technical Mapping) is scoped after a short diagnostic (TMA).

Who owns the data?

You do. Every tenant is isolated at database schema level and exportable in standard formats at any time.

Do you charge per user?

No. One monthly fee per company, unlimited users, plus a charge for each model you start.

Can I try it without talking to sales?

Yes. Ask for free access on the pricing page — a real, permanent tenant, limited in scale, not in capability. Or book a demo and we’ll show you the loop with your own tech packs.
